The 5 Chambanas is a short practice on purpose. It’s purpose it to help you shake & blow & drop the rubbish and do SOMETHING. There are some seasons when it is hard to do much more than this. The point is to make it as daily a practice as brushing your teeth. I encourage you to make it your own and adapt to what works for you. I recommend practicing it the same time of day, every day, whether you feel like it or not. Find a quiet place in your home or office or wherever you can do it without disruption. Set your phone on silent — it’s just 10 minutes. Sit down & shut up. That’s it.
Practice doesn’t make perfect, practice is perfect.
