Wind Down Yoga Class


AUDIO only – An hour long Wind Down Yoga class. Wind Down Yoga is a gentle practice intended to stretch, calm, and restore you as you begin a new week. This is a floor based class with weight bearing poses such as Downward Facing Dog. Adapt however it works best for you! Know that the audio begins immediately. I provide no snappy intro, so set your mat up. lie on your back, and press play! This will be easiest to use if you have taken class with me and are used to my voice and general directions.  I hope it is helpful!  **** after you “purchase” the audio file you will be sent an email confirmation that has the word DOWNLOAD in the top right side.
